This policy applies to paid digital consultation services provided by Khunryonaephul.

Consumer cancellation rights

Where applicable under UK consumer law, cancellation rights may apply before service delivery begins. By requesting immediate service commencement, you acknowledge that cancellation rights may be reduced once delivery has started.

Before delivery starts

If cancelled before any booked consultation or deliverable work starts, a full refund is generally available.

After partial delivery

Where service delivery has begun, refunds are assessed proportionally based on completed work and agreed milestones.

How to request cancellation

Email your request with booking details to supportcenter@khunryonaephul.world. We will confirm receipt and provide next steps.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are usually processed within 10 business days, subject to payment provider processing times.
